At Hybrid Athletic Training LLC, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping/training experience, one that will keep them coming back time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
In-stock items will be shipped in 5-7 business days.
If items are out of stock we will update you via email on shipment dates.
RETURNS
Apparel items can be exchanged for a different size.
If an items is damaged on arrival we can exchange for similar product or refund your money. (picture proof must be shown)
Package Plans
Training
You will need to sign-up for each session on the website with a single session or package, paid ahead of time.
If you buy a package, you will be able to lock your child into all the sessions ahead of time (incase they fill up).
There is the option to buy 5 or 6 sessions which MUST be used within 2 months of purchase. No roll over sessions
If you would like to pay each week, you can buy a single session but you run the risk of sessions filling up.
